July 4th here!

Jackson still holds up his one finger on each hand letting everyone know he's still one year old.

Jackson and David hung outside while it was raining on the night of the fourth of July. David tried to keep him dry by putting a towel over his head. It was okay though, the rain stopped so we were able to go out and watch tons of fireworks.

This was really neat! On the fourth of July we were invited to a few parties. During the day we went to a guys house that is still investigating the church. It was a huge party. We had a big luncheon and he flew everyone that wanted to on his plane. He has 170 acres of land. Above is a picture of the trees out in his so called "Sacred Grove" that we walked out to. He goes out here all by himself as prays. We thought that was pretty cool. It was a very peaceful and calm place to be. Some day, David and I would love to have a place like this.

Jackson loves his watermelon. He was just going to town on it. He now loves strawberries and watermelon which is good cause he didn't like fruit very much before. Mmmm...... good stuff!

This was the guys plane that he flew everyone in. However, it started to be really windy and rainy so not everyone was able to fly. Hopefully, we'll get to go again so we can go up in it.

Jackson loves dogs now. When he saw the dog he said D..O..G..G..Y!!! It was so funny! He loves to try to scare them off by barking at them, but as soon as they come up to him he gets scared and starts to cry.

Yeah, this picture will be a favorite of the Shelley side. We love soccer so this was fun to see Jackson pretty much run after the ball. He would keep kicking it and would go after it. He is just walking all over the place now. Keeping me on my toes of course. We didn't expect Jackson to hold back very long. Such a cute kid! The next pro soccer player coming up.

Going to the Indians Baseball Game

Jackson just loved going to the game. He just loves all the action and people that goes on. We love him so much. Yeah, he is just growing up to boy such a big boy!

It was so much fun going to the Indianapolis Indians game. Davids work, Cummins, gave tickets to all the interens. They've really treated him well. It's been a great company for him so far.

It was a really pretty night at the game. Although, still very humid of course, even at night. Not so much fun. That we do not like out here.

Jackson at the World's Largest Children's Museum

Jackson and I went to the Indianapolis, Indiana childrens museum. It was so much fun. We went with a few of his friends out here in Columbus. Jackson and his friend Hailey, below, were crawling through the door of the playhouse. Oopps, we accidently took this picture not noticing Hailey was loosing her pants. Jackson loves to hang out with her and her brother and a few other kids out here.

Jackson and I waiting in line for the carosel. It was a lot of fun, Jackson got to ride on a horse and there was a guy doing tricks and juggling balls in the center of the carosel during the ride.

Jackson and I had a lot of fun at the museum they had all sorts of fun things for kids of all ages. Jackson really liked this water play area with all types of floating things in water. He wore this yellow rain coat that was so cute on him. He also loved the play house with non edible food to play with(he of course went for the corn), the carosel, this ball moving invention, and the huge race car he got to drive and ride in (not really!)

This dinosoar was pretty scary with his huge mouth and all. Jackson got a little scared of it.

Jackson liked crawling and ducking through the tunnels.

This tower was pretty neat. It was all made out of glass. A guy built it especially for the museum for children to enjoy. They called it the Fireworks of Glass, because he believed it looked like fireworks going off. Pretty amazing, we thought!
